Good Day Its been more than a month trying to get money back for a claim that was submitted on the 12th of October 2017 i had to resend a email with requested documents more than 7 times already. Money was suppose to be paid out today then received a sms to submit FICA documents AGAIN, i mean seriously ***??????? How many times does one need to submit documents before you get back your money, but every month they quick to take the installment from your bank account you owe them for the medical aid? I need someone to take this further and i need the whole country to see how useless GEMS are. Kind Regards Charlene

<p>Bought a vehicle at this dealership in April had a issue on a few things mainly the waterpump its middle of July and still no feedback from the dealership.</p> <p> </p> <p>Numerous emails and phone calls to them and still nothing, sitting with a vehicle i need to pay off monthly but can not risk to drive because of the waterpump.</p> <p> </p> <p>Have logged a complaint with MFC also still no feedback from them either...</p> <p> </p> <p>Do not EVER buy a vehicle from them as their service is up to ****!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>There logo states "Where you WALK IN a stranger and DRIVE OUT a Friend"</p>
