<p>I was dealing with a gentleman called Grant in the Robindale offices. We viewed a property and we liked it , I completed all the necessary application forms , we were then told to come in and sign our lease. No checks were made from their end (vetting) . Upon arrival at their offices I was told they would need a 2 months deposit and a months rent and by the way the rent had gone up. I said no thanks as the CPA does not work in this matter. He was not wearing shoes upon our meeting and the "offices" didnt have a functional intercom at the gate. I was shocked and livered. I was told that the change is because alot of people have let the landlord down in the past hence why I should pay all these additional costs. The nerve and the arrogance of this agency is utterly disgusting and shows that they are despereate for their commission and monthly targets and not the tenant. I would not recommend them to anyone.</p>
<p>I would like to commend Lindiwe Sithole who helped me in a very proffesional manner using the Vodacom chat service. She was patient and ensured that all wa fixed within a couple of Minutes,she is based at Merchants (Unsure if this is a division). I have never had greaat service with Vodacom agents as they a abrasive and rude over the phone.</p>
