Rude and unprofessional service and treatment

<p>They seemed to have known what they were doing. Which I feel was a lie. They seem to blame me but if they know it is wrong for me to wash my weave while it was on my hair. Question is why would they have the product to do so? Also to know that it has to be washed with cold water. I have asked around from hair salons I have used, washing a weave still on is something that is done. The manager and the person who did my hair dropped the phone on me. Which I find disturbing. My weave is breaking and falling out and my scalp is hurting. </p>
