APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>We went to Casbah Road house in Pretoria west. First our waitress didn't greet us neither did she introduce herself to us. She just took our Groupon voucher and asked what Sodas we wanted, with so much attitude. She then brought us sodas. I asked for water and she didn't even respond. She brought us our food which was disgusting. I am so disappointed in both the service and the food. Get new waiters /waitresses who are keen to do their job with pride.</p>
