Got 1000000% service from Lebogang M from Mafori advisory..I struggled for weeks to get service from the polokwane branch..then came super woman who sorted me like a king..thanks a lot(not sure she is from which branch) but she is indeed a super woman

I went in to Debonairs/steers/fish aways in mankweng next to university of Limpopo having my voucher that expires the following day. They politely ( cashier)told me that it can only redeem online and online closes at 20:00. As frustrated as I was I did not understand.they then called the supervisor (Catherine Thamakga) on duty..She took me through all the steps to redeem the voucher in trying to show me that indeed it won't redeem.as professional as she was,I became calm and set there while receiving one of the best services I have received in years.she made sure I leave there a very very happy client.i'm still amazed even now..is a long story,but I had to cut it short.. Thanks a Million my lady
I went in to choppies Polokwane and bought two pieces of fried chicken for R19 and sum odds. Went to my car to proceed eating. Finished the drum and when I went for the wing I realized it was rotten and the meat inside was black.. couldn't eat it and I went to the store politely asking for another fresh meat..the first Manager(Tebogo) was willing to assist,got the attention of the other two Manager/supervisor(Patrick).they told me they won't assist me and if it was them they have eaten that black rotten meat..what type of hygiene is this..I'm disappointed because I buy that meat every morning.im not happy at all for their bad service.and their treatment.
Have you ever felt like the consultant helping you assist you like they are doing you a favour, first they do their job incomplete,that make you revisited the branch and also gives you half info..where I have to figure things out my self at the end..If that is your A staff then you have your selfs to blame for such poor recruitment..
