Service non-existing
<p>I placed an order a month ago. Have sent numerous mails asking about the update of my order with no reply. Used the number on fb page to phone and spoke to "Marius" who said he will phone me back. And now when I phoned again to enquire, NO answer!! </p>

Disappointing service
<p>I bought a voucher for my friend's birthday on the 20th of July. It was supposed to be mailed to him in time for his birthday on the 28th of July.</p> <p>Today is the 31st of July and he still has not received it.</p> <p>This after numerous phone calls (been put on hold and then cut off OR just no answer after been put through to online department)</p> <p>And also numerous mails-the last one on Friday, 29 July where they reassured me it was sent on that day.</p> <p>Very disappointing service. Will not be making use of them again. And still waiting....</p>
