DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Poor service. Do not deliver what you ordered and then you have to struggle to get a refund. Still have not received our refund of R19 999.00.
My finchoice mobi money account has been a nightmare. Settled the account in full as per settlement letter asked and received from them,a debit order was deducted after the account was settled in full;the debit order was upon my request refunded,but the amounts deducted from the account and the amount that was paid as per the settlement letter was wrong. Multiple emails later and it was corrected.After a few weeks my account again showed an amount if R140 still outstandung. Still waiting for response from Finchoice as to what that amount is for as I have mot used the facility after I settled the account in full. There are discrepancy on their calculations of the 12month credit facility offered on Pay Just Now as well,monthly installments increasing from original installment amount given on approval of account after a few days. Its a pity that Pay Just Now have partner ed with Finchoice without doing some research on their customers care.
Please do not use Help24 secure as a security provider. I had multiple panic alarms on different occasions and had no response from them, i had to call a ADT to assist. The emergency/control room number 0876540419 is constantly on subscriber unavailable. Poor service from accounts department as well. Tried to cancel my contract several times via Email and received no response, tried to cancel it via phone call and was told to send an email.still no response, had to physically go to the office to get them to cancel the contract. Please do research before subscribing to Help24secure, in the end you will pay for a service you wont receive
I ORDERED A UBER FROM OR THAMBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO ROODEPOORT ON THE 22ND OF JUNE 2024, THE APP PRICE FOR THE RIDE WAS R348.00 AND WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT IMMIDIATLY. THE MORNING OF THE 23RD OF JUNE 2024 ANOTHER AMOUNT OF R133.00 WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR THIS RIDE. THE INVOICE I RECEIVED EMMIDIAYLY AFTER HAD THE WRONG DROP OF ADRESS PLUS THE FOLLOWING CHARHES R44.00 TIME CHARGE,R19.00 BOOKING CHARGE,BASE FARE R70.00, AIRPORT SURCHARGE R30.00 WICH BRINGS THE TOTAL TO R511.00. IT IS CLEAR THAT SOME UBER DRIVERS ARE TAKING CHANCES WITH BILLING THE CUSTOMER MORE BY CHANGING THE DROPP OFF DRESS,CHARGING A AIRPORT SURCHARGE,TIME CHARGE ECT. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME WHERE DROPP OFF ADRESS WAS WRONG MAKING THE DITSNACE LONGER AND ADDING TO THE CHARGE AS WELL AS BEING CHARGED AIRPORT SURGE CHARGE . IT IS ALSO NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THIS RECTIFIED BY UBER AS THE CONTACT NUMBERS GIVEN DOES NOT WORK. I PROCEEDED TO REMOVE MY CARD AS PAYMENT METHOID FROM THE APP AND WILL NOT BE USING THIS SERVICE AGAIN.
This company is a very well managed ****. You will not receive your order nor a refund. The cell phone number supp**** on their site does not exist and when you visit their physical adress you will find their is no company with the name cravtivating nor their so called parent company Xvanta PTy.
I have paid my account in full on the 9/9/2019 and Edgars to date still has not supplied me with a paid up letter or updated my credit profile at all credit bureaus, its 2 years now and still nothing has been done. This is unacceptable really and needs to be taken care of ASAP. I have been trying for 2 years to get this done

I viewed a house they have up for rent and I wanted to apply, the estate agent is giving me the run around, upon asking for application forms he told me there was already applications put in and he will contact me should none of them be successful, but that I could email him a copy of my ID which I did. He never contacted me. My husband then phoned him and he said the house was taken and deposit was paid. Something just did not sit right with me and I waited for a few days after that and got my daughter to contact him asking if the house was still up for rent and he said yes, we arranged for a viewing, this now being the second time viewing the property. Again he said he would email me the application and for the second time asked me for a copy of my ID which I supplied. I still have not received an application form. The applicants salary is 3 times the rental amount and both have credit scores above 600 and have all money's needed for deposit and extras, so I don't understand what the problem is. This estate agent is incompatent and it seems that he wants to service only surten population groups. This is unacceptable.
