THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. CUSTOMERS HAD PAID MONEY INTO A SASFIN AND/OR AFRICAN BANK ACCOUNT FOR PRODUCTS THEY HAD ORDERED AND CUSTOMERS HAD NOT RECEIVED THEIR ORDERS WITH THE COMPANY OWNER CLAIMING THERES DELAYS FOLLOWING THE KZN FLOODS IN APRIL 2022. THIS COMPANY ALSO DOESN'T HAVE ANY AUTHORISED LICENSES TO RESELL PRODUCTS AND JUST USES THEIR LOGOS FROM GOOGLE.
<p>For starters, a terrible rating is even too good for the staff at John Dory's Suncoast. Today (3/08/2016), my family and I had decided to go to John Dory's Suncoast for their weekly half price sushi special, and upon arrival, we had to wait for 15 minutes before they could get us a table, though there was an upstairs seating area, but they claimed that they only open it on weekends, so we waited. Once we got our table, we ordered very simple drinks (Water and Coke), along with our sushi, of which the drinks took 30 min to bring, and our waiter had claimed that he forgot our drinks, and sent another waitress to help us there after. She took our sushi order again, and we'd waited another 30 minutes (1 hour and still no food served). We then called the manager, and he'd advised us that the sushi was being prepared, so we'd waited for about another 10 minutes, and upon the foods arrival, they'd only brought half of what we have ordered. We called the manager again, and he'd only apologised, and stated the waiter had placed the sushi order separately hence the wait (Though all was ordered together). 5 minutes later, theyd'd brought the other half of our order... </p> <p> </p> <p>As we dug into our meal, we'd picked up the sushi, was not fresh, but probably rewarmed in a microwave, so again we called the manager who assured us they made it fresh, and so we had no option but to eat it, due to our hunger.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is by far the most terrible service I've ever had, and it actually dissapoints me to leave a review as bas as this over here, but it's for the restaurants, and other customers own sake.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please attend to this matter ASAP.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p>
