Cummins one of the best Engines in the world, but their so called Service is disgusting . One should rather read the reviews before paying them any money . Every review I experienced myself . Most insulting is their refund Department where one has to beg for the refund , but whatever they demand , they still do not refund and come with more excuses and demands , Their staff does not pick up their phones and the emails are answered in a kind of Government Lecture Style . It seems they will never refund and I have to write off their theft . Stay far away from this Company
The most useless Bank ever . I have more then 10 Accounts with Standard Bank and since March 2020 Lockdown , this Bank has become totally useless and Pathetic . Prestige Benefits gone completely. Business Banking a Nightmare . Merchant Banking unprofessional. Latest Debacle is now the Home Loan Department . As of the high the Interest Rates , I paid well over and above into the Bond Account . I bought now a second property , and might need Access to the overpaid Funds in my Account . Despite at least 10 Phone calls applications and God knows how many emails , since a couple of Weeks, I get now only after a couple of days another Email , advising me to do the Application again , even it was already approved , What an amateurish and unprofessional Bank . I do not think my money is safe . Get your house in order
I think that is now my third Hello Peter Complaint , about trying to cancel DSTV , that seems impossible . I realized that they are even in cahoots with the banks , as I can not even cancel my debit order , and DSTV is debiting my account as they please . Strange enough DSTV is even refusing to send me a Tax Invoice about the Pricelock . It seems if I read the Reviews , that this Pricelock is just another DSTV **** . Now they even trying to ****** another R 600 out of me , that I can cancel . This story I heard already a few times . All what I want is to cancel and DSTV never ever takes a hand on my bank account again . The other thing their Agents think they are Correctional Staff and I am their prisoner
Pathectic Service and Callcenter Staff treats one like a Piece of ***XX. All I want is to Cancel this DSTV . I am a customer for 20 years on Premium, but do not want it anymore . It seems impossible to cancel. It seems that the Callcenter Agent are trained , to treat you badly , so that one gives up to cancel this ******* . According to DSTV my " contract " is expiring on the 15.06 .2023 and I do not want it anymore . I do not want that my Account is debited anymore , I want just out and never again
Most Pathetic Service . Callcenter Staff seems to be bored , unmotivated or I have no further description. It seems also that a Prestige account is no longer a " Prestige". I have more then 10 Accounts at Standard Bank , and since March 2020 the Service has gone down the drain . Just when one reads the reviews , I am not alone .

I am an Absa client since 2002 . I have no idea what I did to ABSA or why they do not like me . Just trying to be a good Platinum client . I am not repeating again my 16 year Horror experience with ABSA . And I am also not repeating the Horror Service from 2016/2017. The only thing that I repeat is since my divorce ABSA did not give me my own bond on my own name and would Auction my own 2 Mio Rand House for a R 500.000 Bond . Ok I found now another bank who treat me like a good costumer. So since last week I try to get an appointment with the Platinum Banker at ABSA Tableview , to cancel all my accounts . But thats not possible . It ends at the reception. There are queues , but as a business owner I do not have time to be in a queue. So the reception writes down my number and promise me to phone me back , what never happens . Please I just want to meet the Platinum Banker to start the process to close my accounts . Please I am begging you ABSA please .

<p>I am quite appalled , even upset , how I was treated at the Call center today .</p> <p>First I spoke with Agent Jackie Cornway .</p> <p>Arrogant , rude and as most unhelpful as someone can be . On Top of it as Wanted to speak to Zakele Myers , Manager I was just released .</p> <p>Then I spoke to Agent " Glenston " . I felt more in a prison then a Contact Center . While he finally send me a simple Taxcertificate , he could not transfer me to the manager .</p> <p>I worked for more then ten years in Callcenter , from a simple agent Inbound /Outbound to Team leader and Customer Service Sales and Service Manager .</p> <p>I dont think that MFC ever thinks I will buy any of the products anymore ?</p> <p>MY Reference number is Alex OR ********** 0</p> <p>I am awaiting feedback about this unpleasant experience.</p>
