These people are robbers! If i applied directly with the department of justice, i would have had my expungement certificate by now! I paid these scammers R2190 because of their impeccable marketing...only to find out months later that they have ripped off more than 200 people who are still waiting for their money back...some people after 3 years are still waiting! That's it, you need to close your doors Fresh Start Law Center...and all the imaginary "Mieshkah Levy" "dedicated account managers"....what a bunch of lies!. I want my money back or an expungement certificate, YESTERDAY!!!! Getting hold of you people is harder than squeezing water from a dry roc**** HOW, HOW have you all not been arrested yet for theft and fraud, How?! After almost 1 year, i'm receiving request emails fro another R3000 for "faster service"....Are you F'ing kidding me !!!???

What an Absolute Scam!!! I have no other alternative but to assume my money is gone....What a TRAP and a BS SCAM - Fresh Start Law Center... How is it possible that more than 200 people on Hello Peter have been robbed of their money and these "Fresh Start Law Centre" people are not in jail...What they are doing is criminal! They conform to ZERO of their commercial claims...ZERO updates! ZERO humans to speak to... ZERO feedback ZERO Clearance Certificates ZERO Record on display on my online profile ZERO ZERO ZERO. I managed to get hold of some idiot by the name of Themba and Stephanie...None of them know whats going on. They lied to me about their CEO Ansar Sykes... This person's CV is freely available online and looking for a job...he WAS the CEO of Fresh Start up until July 2019...but this Themba continued to lie and say that the CEO does not take phone calls...nobody can help me..."i must just be patient"! I need my money back of my certificate... I will completely tarnish your reputation....every single day, I will find platforms to complain...every single day!!! Just like you've disrespected me, I will now disrespect you!!! I want my money back immediately! Or send me an expungement certificate as you've promised!!! In the meantime, I will keep complaining on every web platform known to mankind...
How in the World is this a real business?! I paid these people R2190 more than 3 months ago! All I want is a simple update as they've promised on their website..."Would happen weekly or even monthly..." The Cape Town/ Pretoria/Durban/Bloemfontein telephone numbers are all answered by the same idiot, Themba, who has absolutely ZERO idea what is going on...while he sits in Century City, Canal Walk, Cape Town. Some man by the name of Wendal called me once to come and take my fingerprints at work. He also told me: "The rest of my team work in JHB..." What a bunch of hogwash! I'm getting new emails to complete my documents, which have been completed months ago... There is some ghost "Dedicated Account Manager" called Mishkah Levy...This person was available exclusively on the day i had to pay my money....not one second again after that...!!! Is this business a SCAM? I am thinking of writing to Carte Blanche about this...Too many people are involved and poorer because of this company...
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! ALERT! What a miserable experience. After opting for the "best deal in town" I called and dealt with one Sifiso, who happens to run Charles Autoglass from JHB, while the business is apparently based in Bellville, Cape Town. I deposited the money for immediate payment for replacement of a window and smash and grab. They then send some washed up guys to my home who do the worst job of replacing the window They arrive without the tint as well. All this while I already paid... I try to get help from one Sifiso, who tells me he cannot deal with this nonsense after hours...and I'm still waiting for my tint which I paid for...6 Damn days later!!! I'm heading straight to the police station... What Robbers! Please be ware...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE ROBBERS!
Good Day FNB, Firstly, thank you for providing wonderfully fast ATM facilities that are able to take deposits, print statements, ewallet, etc, etc. However, since the prices to use the facilities at a teller are astronomical and nothing short of ridiculous, I would like to request t that you review your new processes in terms of technological advancements vs inconveniencing customers. Here in Kuilsriver, Zevenwacht, for instance, there are 4 magnificent ATMs outside, however, because all clients now want to do all their banking outside at these ATMs it presents a few extroadinary challenges: - There is only 4 ATMs and, especially at month end, there is alway a string of more than 50 people standing in the line to use these 4 wonderful ATMs. - Half the people who now want to use these wonderfully technologically advanced and price conscious ATMs, have no cooking clue how to use them...thus, everyone else must stand in line and wait because these clients have to receive a crash course by you knowledgeable staff. - FNB, in your endeavor into a world of technological advancement, you have failed to remember the importance of customer satisfaction, to be assisted with speed and a human touch...since we are still humans using the ATMs, for now... I hope you will take my opinion and use it for the ultimate benefit of us, you Clients. PS: This has absolutely nothing to do with the Zevenwacht Mall Branch or their staff, alas, all to do with the current state of customer service vs machines... :(
I would like to formally lodge a complaint against the Builders Warehouse Philippi Cape Town and Builders Warehouse Cape Gate stores. I bought a Makita hammer drill a few days ago and when i arrived on my site, realized that the particular drill was not strong enough. I then called the Cape Gate store a few days later who welcomed me to return the machine. Upon my arrival at the store, the manager Jose, advised that because I had already used the drill once, he could not refund me. I wan to also state that there is no mechanical faults with the machine...It was just not the right one for me! Alas, I was even ill advised my the store staff at Builders Philippi. I was then advised by Jose at Cape Gate, to return the item for a refund at the Philippi store, many many km's away! Upon my return to the Philippi store, the manager, Hillary, advised that because I claimed that the machine was not to my satisfaction or strong enough, that he has to first have the Makita rep come and inspect it. Both the store manager and another management staff member also inspected the item and admitted there is nothing wrong! - Why do I, the Client, need to be sent driving all around Cape Town to get a refund for an item bought less than 7 days ago?! - Why do I need to wait until a rep inspects the machine before I can claim a refund?! - Why is this policy not clearly stated inside your stores, that once a Client buy any machines, you will not do a refund until e rep for the particular make inspects it... - Why does your own returns policy state that if I, the Client, was ill advised when I made the purchase or am unhappy with it, Massbuild will refund my product, if purchased within 10 days?! I am afraid that I, as the customer, feel very much like the loser in this case and would thus take my business elsewhere... I Look forward to your swift feedback as this behavior toward any client cannot be considered to be OK...

Allni wanted was a gaurdamn stamp to sumbit a damn tender! I needed to drive from Zevenwacht Mall to City centre in 15 minutes because of the lacklustre process and idiocity! Truly Laughable... I'd rather pull my own teeth!! </p>
<p>I am currently sitting in Panarotis Zevenwacht mall and have ordered my BREAKFAST at 10h37... It's now 1 hour later and only now getting breakfast... Here is only 10 patrons... How the hell!! They also have everyone and all orders wrong!

Only to be told that i was issued with the wrong ticket by a 'non permanent' man.... AT FLIPPIN 12H26!! 1 HOUR LATER!! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>This is ridiculous as it is the second time i was placed in the wrong queue in several weeks... This is why people Hate going to the bank... We will rather pull our own teeth! </p>
