Dulux Acrylic PVA - Worst quality paint on the market
Bought Dulux Acrylic PVA, tinted to Dusted Moss 2. Painted the entire home as per the tech sheet and so excited to see the finished product the next day only to find my walls full of streaks. Some of the walls have up to 4 coats on them in an attempt to rid the walls of the streaks but nope, streaks remain. Walls were is great condition and painted with Dulux Trade last year. We wanted a change in colour and now I cant move furniture in as I cant leave the walls like this. The amount of money spent on paint, hardware and labour saddens me and thinking about the time its going to take for Dulux to respond, review, have a look, discuss, deliberate and provide feedback will most probably leave us living in a home with terrible walls and no furniture.

No printer, no service but collecting payment
My printer has been faulty for months!!! My tech appointments are always rescheduled but my debit order comes off with no fail every month. The worst service ever! This very large ornament in my office is costing me a fortune as I had to purchase a desktop printer to just be able to continue working. Just come fetch the fossil. Two of your techs have confirmed that the model has been discontinued and there are no parts. Maybe that is why you are avoiding me... trying to squeeze the last but of money out of me before declaring the model obsolete?

Nedbank all for themselves?
So its been 6 weeks after our initial home loan application (our third one with the bank). We finally get the quotation and sent it on to the attorneys doing the transfer. Then two weeks later the attorney informs us that the bank has not sent an instruction yet. We follow up and only then we were informed that we need to verify details at a branch. We do that and still no finality on our transaction. It is ridiculous to have to wait 6 weeks. Our offer became a purchase agreement when the quotation was accepted. We have made all the arrangements to move into the property on 1 June, which is 2 weeks away, and the bank has still not finalised the matter and the seller does not want to vacate his property without the instruction being received by his attorney. This will leave us with our 2 young children on the street. Does Nedbank care? it seems not. You have never waited a single day for any repayment. But we have to wait weeks for assistance. We have reiterated that we will be without a home in 2 weeks if we cant move into the new property. No one is giving us any concrete info. We are just constantly in limbo.

RAW CHICKEN - lodged complaint 1 year ago but nothing to date was done
<p>We went to you Mountain Mill Worcester branch (might i just ad that this was more than a year ago) I bought a twister. First bite and the chicken is RAW. i lodged the complaint with head office. Got a reference number and no contact to date. I then went to your social media page on Facebook and notified them about my reference number, sent pictures and explained all again. Still nothing. This is shocking. if i bought this for my kids, they would not know to look for raw chicken and they could have gotten very ill. Hopefully we can receive the feedback here. This is disgusting.</p>

CTM WHY ARE YOU WASTING MONEY ON USELESS STAFF???
<p>So we are renovating our home and approached CTM for the floor tiles and wall tiles. The wall tiles we saw on the internet and when to the Worcester branch to have a look. The consultant blatently told us No they dont stock it, No they cant get it and No they cant get me a sample. We are buying tiles for our whole house and kitchen and you dont even try to deliver a service at all? At the moment i feel like canceling my order and asking for a refund on my floor tiles - by the way, they dont know when we will have our tiles.... we live 2kms from the store but they hope it will be this wee****!!! It's monday!!! and we live 2kms from the store really????? someone needs to repremand these employees working for a salary but not doing what they are appointed for. well done to CTM for joining the Telkom poor service team. Congratulations! You wont see me again.</p>
