Seamstress used for Tailor made items Nightmare

<p>I engaged Fionas proffesional services to tailor make me 3 suits, a number of tops and 2 skirts. I have met with Fiona on numerous occassions, and in addition I have emailed her measurements, and advised that I am basically a standard size 12. I then continued to pay Fiona in excess of R1,800, and delivered all the fabric which i have purchased for an additional R2,000+. Apon collection of the clothing, I was schocked. It was all a size 18, it did not look like the images I supplied whatsoever, and the workmanship was substandard.  I was utterly dissapointed, and returned all the clothing. I emailed Fiona, and questioned the sizing, and what can be done now, she simply replied that they worked on the measurements I gave her (They did not). I continued to sent Fiona photos and a formal letter of demand, together with another follow up email. Fiona has now chosen to ignore any of my communication. I have paid in excess of R3000, and I now have nothing to show, not fabric, and not any clothing. I have no choice but to take legal action now. I would warn any individual very strongly against making use of the services of Fiona Violet Koertzen from PURE VIOLETS PTY LTD for any seamstress needs whatsoever.</p>
