angry client Cell C
I took a contract with Cell C March 2022 for R229.00 data contract. then from may they started charging me R600 and when i queried the amounts they said its subscriptions which i didnt signed for. fast forward i told them to cancel my contract cause i didnt sign up for these. Cell C then sold my contract to debt collectors saying i owe them 6000 rand. i did not use or get their data. and now i owe them. they backlisted my name via a company called DCM7 how do i pay for services not rendered. Cell C can u take my name out of credit bereau or just give me a phone equivalent to that amount , then it means i am buying something. Cell C r ****mers big time

CELL C SCAMS
the scam company called Cell C I took a data contract with cell c for 50GB day and 50GB night. my contract was worth R260 PM and it went well for two months then after I was charged R480 pm which I queried and they with a **** explanation I have subscriptions worth R200. I asked the salespeople why am I being charged ridiculous amounts course I didn't sign any subscriptions and told them to cancel the subscriptions. which they said they did but they continuously charged me R480 which I also continuously reversed via my bank. my balance was R1200 with the crazy charges, I then asked them to terminate my contract course they have breached the contract, and to my surprise, they took me to the credit bureau and debt collectors saying I owe R6000 rand. Cell C can you terminate my contract, please?

The place must be part of booking.com or hotels.com, it's bad advertising what they are doing , you book a weekend stay, and when you arrive at the place you are told to pay extra money to have a room with shower and toilet. Then the next day u r told u booked for a night stay u must check out or other wise pay 350 rand to stay. I don't know why I didn't check reviews before booking this place. The place is a a place ********** to come with their clients and have an hour or two session . They charge 100 for two hours , 150 2 hours . I am now stuck in a ***** place , I wish I knew about this place before coming in here The place smells, the manager is rude. I had to pay 1200 rand in ***** place for weekend stay. Booking. Com they must do something, the place must be removed from their website. I trust booking.com and now I got my self in a ********** place.

BAD PRACTICE BY AVIS
i rented a car with Avis via my insurer MIWAY. i received the car at PTA central Branch avis.the staff was welcoming and everything in order. i deposited 1500 rand using my card as required for the rental car. i return the car back at Avis on the 4th May 2021 (with an 850 RAND debt). the staff at avis PTA wanted they inspected the car and the was nothing and one of the staff went under the front bumber and told me there is a scracth.i told him that during the period when i took the car the was no one from AVIS going under the bumper , why its done now. why is AVIS scamming their client in not returning our deposits. its a bad practice to scam clients. who goes under the car to check for a scratch. this is the last time i rent with this company. at the moment Avis must answer i want my refund back. i called the 011378 number and was told my rental is still. why is it open when i have return the car. my reservation number is: 01395432ZA3

Miway road assistance
I got mechanical stuck today with my car at Moloto Big tree shopping center , i called Miway emergency helpline. The speed of assistance i got from this guys was out of this world. Roadside assistance called in short space of time. And a local road assistance towing truck was there in less than 30 minutes. Thank you miway for being true to what you advertised. I will stick by you until the end.

<p>my name is Confidence Mkharhi, i am a client of old mutual. i have opened an investment policy at oldmutual last year november paying 400 rand /month ..which when i checked this month i found out that it is not even more than 4000 rand and it it did not make sense to me, if you do a maths, you save 400 rand/month for 10 months it will amount to 4000 rand but mine its not.</p> <p> </p> <p>i decided to surrender my policy with oldmutual course it was not making business sense, i submitted all the required documents...andyesterday i received an sms asking me to to a branch to submit proof of address which i did. all i want is my money course the documents wanted i submitted them</p> <p>please help</p>
