Bad workmanship and after sales service

Emm Repair our roof that was damage by heal storm 9 months ago, the face -she boards are felling of. We reported the issue with them on 15/1/2018, Christopher (Operations Director) said they will look into it. No reply On 17/1/2018 I contact them again, their assessor (Micheal) arrived and took photos and left, up to now no reply. Al our phones are blocked and their is no answer at their business
