Terrible customer service. Not willing to offer kosher options as a replacement on pizza. Not willing to offer alternatives or option when asked nicely.
Over promise and under deliver. They promise to escalate courier issues which they done. They don't give feedback and they don't assist further. They hardly answer phones and when they do theu promise the moon and stars. I was expecting a parcel on Tuesday and today is Saturday where I needed the items for gifts for a party which I'm attending today. No items arrived. This is unacceptable especially as Puma is an international brand and should help better with customer service
Worst courier service ever. I have tried to be in contact with them and they hardly ever answer. When they do they can't help. They lie and say that you unavailable to sign or unreachable. I needed a parcel by the weekend that should have been delivered from Tuesday.. Each day another reason why not delivered. I am now attending a birthday party without a gift. Worst courier service ever
Was helped by Gift Simango, what an amazing experience. Super friendly, funny and efficient!! Always a great service offered from them all, however Gift Simango was superb

<p>We have come to Spur in Gordon's Bay to have an enjoyable moment as a family. Yet we have had the worst experience ever. After a 12 hour work day my husband decided to take me and my beautiful daughter out to the Gordon's Bay Spur for a quick meal. My daughter has just turned 2 and obviously the idea of Spur would be great. Generally happy people and play area. This is the worst experience ever. We have been waiting an hour and a half for our food. No refill option. And I ate alone... we have now been in Spur for 2 hours.... completely unnecessary to wait for this bad service and below average food.</p>
