Purchased my new Z900 from Shanay. The experience as a whole was fantastic as she took her time taking me through several options to finally lead me to a motorcycle I am thrilled about. The F&I, Michelle, manage to acquire a fantastic rate for me. She was friendly, transparent and did everything she could to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. The accessories department, Mike and Sharon, ensured the parts and extras I purchased were right for me and my new motorcycle. The experience was awesome and thank their entire team for going the extra mile.

Do not waste your time nor money on rain. The network quality is terrible, speeds are horrific, network constantly drops to 0kb/s, support is disgusting as they close the tickets before any issue is actually resolved.

Terrible. I purchased a motorcycle 3 weeks ago. The bike broke down 3 times within that period. In one incident, the motorcycle nearly threw me off while riding on the highway. Now cancelling the deal, the owner refuses to pick up the bike up, not only delaying the upliftment of the deal but also showing how he treats clients. His mannerism with clients that he is not happy with is appalling. All due to the fact that they sold me a faulty motorcycle and could not repair it. My brother also bought a motorcycle from The Bike Shop whereupon they did not mention that the motorcycle had previously been in an accident, leaving my brother with a bike he has to continously repair at his own expense. Should you be looking to purchase a motorcycle, new or used, go anywhere but The Bike Shop as it is very likely that the motorcycle they sell you may be faulty, been in an accident or give you the worst customer service once the deal has been concluded.

Several complaints in HelloPeter as well as telephonically and Vodacom does nothing. Years of being with Vodacom and now I am leaving. The service is disgusting. The consultants that phone you regarding the complaints will let the phone ring once and hang up. I presume this to show management that they called? Then reply to HelloPeter with, sorry, we called but no one answered. The worse service provider in SA. Telekom mobile have been fantastic and migrating the remainder of my numbers to them. You will continue to loose customers to opposition as I am not the only person with these issues. I hope to see Vodacom reach bankruptcy. Good ridden.
I have paid for my Vodacom consistently for many years now and through all the difficult times stuck by them. Due to the horrific service of late and the insanely high prices in comparison to their competitors, I decided to cancel my contract, move the number to pre-paid and port the number to my new service provider. Today I learnt that this number of which I have been paying for, logging in to and managing has not even been on my name or ownership. Now finally realizing why debt collectors have been contact me continuously day after day asking for "James" (whoever that is). Phoning Vodacom now, Synthia the consultant has informed me that I am not the owner of the contract that I have been paying for so many years. That this contract belongs to a gentlemen by the name of James. How on earth does this happen? Vodacom is a disgrace. Disgusting service. Poorly managed, allowing the above mentioned to happen. Remove all the information that belongs to this James character immediately!

This being my last month, I had to ensure that I made use of all the data allocated to me of which I have paid for, having 54GB available last night. This morning, the last day of the month, I woke up and see that my line has been prematurely disconnected and removed from my profile. I had one more day to ensure I use my 54GB and vodacom simply discard that which I have paid for and disconnected the line before the end of this day. Please, I beg you. Do not use vodacom should you be looking for a service provider. Look at their competitors and read the reviews on Hellopeter about Vodacom and you will see that Vodacom is by far the worse service provider in South Africa. How is it that Vodacom is still a service provider in South Africa. We have so many more affordable options with their more competent opposition.
