Very poor service. Cannot submit correct statements, on numerous occasions when challenged they do not apologise (that’s if your lucky enough to even get a response). Their “motto” ‘Blouberg Property Management are committed to provide you with 100% service at all times’ is not even laughable. Get your act together!
<p>Shocking service from Woodford car hire. Upon checking out, the car was checked over by my husband and a Woodford employee to which both parties were satisfied the car was in excellent condition. Imagine our surprise to find that they had deducted nearly a thousand rand from our credit card stating the car had a puncture and a new tyre was required - absolute lie. Further to this they then emailed a so called copy of a document that they say my husband had signed agreeing to this!!!! At no time had my husband signed anything and I was witness to this and upon further investigation they had copied and pasted a copy of his signature from the original lease agreement. When challenged, initially Woodford said they would investigate, well three weeks later Woodford have gone quiet and are no longer responding to any emails from us. Never again will we use Woodford or recommend. </p>
