I have received the worst service ever. I was told that the process would take, at most 6 months but since i finished paying in Dec 2023, up to this day have i been cleared. No communication. The no listed for WhatsApp does not seem to have WhatsApp, the call center no goes unanswered for hours. No response on email. I am almost convinced i was ****med.
<p>I will never buy a phone from Pep, or any item in my life. Their product and customer service are the worst!</p>
