DAMAGE OF GOODS
Call this company to courier welded mesh panels to Bloemfontein, after the sales rep visited us and inspected the goods!!! Collected 2 days late, and was late with said time in Bloemfontein! had to pay in advance for the courier service! customer send goods back due to time delay, and lost the complete contract of R435 000,00! Paid again for courier back to Pretoria, goods were completely damaged when delivered back to our office. Submit a claim to company, which then collected the panels, and said the insurance will pay for the damaged products. Today 31 January after 2 weeks we got a letter that say they reject the claim due to us not stating fragile on the panels!!! HOW CAN PANELS BE FRAGILE>??????? This was pure negligence of handling the goods!!! Please think twice before you use any fly by night couriers in your business!
