<p>I made a booking at this place and cancelled 2 days later. They took a 50% deposit and 8 days later still haven't paid it back. Everytime i phone they say the lady that does the repayments is out of the country. When am I going to get it back? It's beyond unprofessional to take this long to return what was taken.</p>
<p>I was due to leave jhb on the 22nd December but after standing in a line for 40min and then being told at 06:45am I missed my flight wich was at 07:10am they refused to refund me for my return flight. I was also told that there was no record to show that I complained at all and they cannot cancel my flight I have to do it online. Worst service i have ever gotten anywhere.</p>
