Subject: Beware of Hyperli’s Delivery Issues – My Parcel Went Missing! I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience with Hyperli. I placed an order online, and after waiting over three weeks for delivery, I tracked the package using the tracking number provided. The tracking information showed that my order was marked as delivered, but when I contacted the courier service (Buffalo), I was given conflicting information. First, I was told the tracking number was incorrect, but after following up, I was informed that the package had been sent to an address linked with Hyperli, not my provided delivery address, yet now I’m being told I need to contact Hyperli to locate my parcel. I’ve already paid for this order, and I’m now left trying to track down my package, making phone calls and sending emails to figure out where it is. This has been an extremely frustrating and inconvenient experience, and I would strongly warn others to be cautious when using Hyperli for orders that require delivery. It’s unacceptable that a customer has to chase down their own parcel after making a payment, and I’m still waiting for any real resolution or clarity on where my package is.

I will not recommended anyone to purchase from this branch. It's problem after problem. 4 years later.. taking the car back basically every 2/3rd month for the past 4years for the exact same problem. They basically wait for the warranty to expire before actually doing what was supposed to be done. Email after email, phonecall after phonecall-with evidence! Lesson learnt, will NEVER recommend Renault Table View to anyone. Putting the Renault brand in VERY bad light. Please think twice!!
