I would give 0 stars if I could. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from CK Auto. A technician came out last week Tuesday to “replace” my gate’s power supply and battery, claiming both were brand new. Within three days the gate was dead again. On inspection, it was clear that the power supply installed was not new but an old unit passed off as new. I paid a fortune for this so-called replacement, yet when I tried to contact them, my calls and messages were blatantly ignored—even while I could see they were online and had read my messages. I have screenshots proving this. This is not just poor service, it is dishonest and unprofessional. CK Auto took my money, delivered inferior parts, and then refused to take responsibility. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid using CK Auto.
I received amazingly fast service on the phone today from Bafana in JHB with the changing of my debit order details.
