Terrible After Service

<p>We have purchased a GSM 900 mobile repeater extender with a Yagi antenna, the unit was functioning very well, until recently when it just stopped working all together. We have contacted their offices and after much effort got the unit sent off to them for testing.  Apparently they tested the unit and found no faults.   I had requested that they contact me before returning the unit to discuss the issue.  Now they went on and sent the unit back without any communication.  We have installed the unit back where it had been used, and it is still not working.  I connected anytone AT600 repeater and it is working fine.  I tried contacting their technical support and I am getting no response.  I contacted them again and their technician will phone me.  But they never call back.  We have done business with this company more than once, and this is unacceptable after service.  They are just shrugging their shoulders up and not caring at all.</p>
