Discovery Vitality stopped my benefits because of unallocated payment. My benefits were stopped, after payment was made to discovery Vitality on 3 March 2026. When calling the call centre, I had to explain the situation to 3 different people AFTER being verified for the third time before being put on hold to speak to a fourth person once again to try and assist me. This is ridiculous really that you cannot do something as simple as allocate a payment.
If I could rate this dealership 10 stars I would. I have had the best service and assistance from Jaun and David at Buy my car Raceview. Excellent and honest service and delivery from start to finish. They went over and beyond to assist me when no one else could. Thanks so much guys!!!
I would just like to post a positive review about the service I received last week from ABSA vehicle Finance. My consultant was Nhlamulo Shaun Rivombo and this guy went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me. Excellent service! Thanks so much, you made my day!
Nedbank and their debicheck mandate is really *****ing things up. I app**** for a personal loan from Nedbank a while back, just to be declined because of their "debicheck mandate". My bank does not make provision for this mandate and it declined automatically so Nedbank has to do it manually. NEDBANK does not KNOW how to handle this, and then automatically decline the loan and they then block me from applying for any other loan for 30 days. They have done exactly the same with my husband this week. He was APPROVED for the loan it took them TWO WEEKS TO figure out that their debicheck mandate is not supported by Discovery. PULL YOUR FINGERS OUT OF YOUR ASS NEDBANK. SORT OUT YOUR DEBI CHECK ****. We had plans with the loan money and now we are unable to apply because you are stupid *********** ASSHOLES!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST ****ING BANK EVER.
I have been receiving the WORST ever service between Pay Just now and Gloot Nutrition. I placed an order with Gloot on the 3rd of October, Pay just now took the monies from my card for the payment, and I have heard absolutely NOTHING from Gloot regarding my order. I let Pay just now know about this, and it feels like they are just dismissing the problem that they have with Gloot, and according to them I need to resolve the problem with Gloot. So they will STILL be deducting my account for goods I have not received, yet they REFUSE to sort out their suppliers????? WELL DONE PAY JUST NOW FOR ACTING LIKE THE PERFECT "MIDDLE MAN" Your service is JUST AS Bad As GLOOT NUTRITION'S!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered from Gloot last week, as I thought to give them a try. I have had no communication as to when I will be receiving my order (apparently there is a delay) and as I read the the complaints on Hello Peter, I am getting scared, and wondering if they are not actually a ****!!! Our money was taken, but no orders delivered?
We are NEW account holders at ABSA, as they were UNFORTUNATELY the only bank that was willing to assist us with a home loan. We have been trying to cancel our home insurance with ABSA for a few weeks now, and this requires a witness or two to sign on our cancellation. I have TRIED to explain to ABSA that I do not have witnesses to sign for the cancellation ON MY insurance with them. I have also asked WHY they require two witnesses to sign with their ID numbers and Home addresses on MY insurance Cancellation?????? This has **** all to do with anyone else as this is MY insurance with ABSA that I want to cancel. But ABSA does not understand and has even offered a wonderful solution and told me to go into a branch to have their staff sign for my home insurance cancellation. It is 2024 and you want me to go and que in a ****ING branch when everything is done electronically???? You must be crazy. I will be cancelling my home loan with ABSA very soon, as I do not have time for this ****. Your staff is USELESS, your BANK is Useless and the way you do stuff is stupid. No one works like this anymore, it is not 1920!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are *****ing our money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are new clients at ABSA bank, and sadly I have had to email them more than once with a query I have on my home loan account. No one is getting back to me. When I call, I am usually put on hold for 20 minutes at a time or more without any answer. Yet you would obviously like to take your debit order at month end, YET NO ONE IS WILLING TO ASSIST A NEW CUSTOMER???????? Really ****ty service towards new clients, I am honestly ALREADY thinking of moving my home loan to another bank because of your **** service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I requested a settlement amount from Woolworths last week to pay up my accounts with them. They requested me to pay an amount and then a account closed up letter will be sent to me. I have now had to request the settlement letter from them, just for them to tell me that I still owe an amount!!!!!!!!!!!! I PAID what they asked me to settle. It is not my fault that you sent me the letter before your statement run date. CLOSE MY ACCOUNT, I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING FROM YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I OWE YOU NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ordered the Kheta 5 from Mall @ Carnival on the 20th of February at 15:25pm. The food arrived more than two hours later. The pizza was ice cold, and the driver lied to us and told us that he was stuck in traffic on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant NEVER kept us up to date, and we had to call them the whole time to find out where our pizza is, and they did not even care. Pizza eventually arrived ICE COLD, and the driver had a snotty attitude. Restaurant then said with our next order we could get 50% off, which I was happy with. I miss heard and it was actually 30%. which is nonsense. I feel that I need a refund because of the disgusting service received, and the ice cold pizza, that was some already stuck to the lid of the box. This is not the first time that this store has delivered late or the food was cold, we just don't complain every time. But they took more than 2 hours, and there was no excuse for them to take so long and not to keep us up to date. I want a full refund as this service is not good at all, with the driver and the manager having a HUGE attitude, towards their clients.
