Unprofessional / Aggressive / Does Not Pay

This Company does not pay the staff even when retrenched. I was retrenched from this company as of 31st of May 2018, up to date which is now the 19 June 2018 i have still not received my pay for May 2018 + my severance package. When i went to speak to the Manager Elsa Rakow to find out why they are not paying me, and to find out when they are going to pay me, i ran into the owner Jan Harmse and asked him why i have not received my pay as my bills are over due, he then got Aggressive with me and tried to hit me!! This company is very unprofessional, and does not know how to deal with their matters in a proper manner and goes not know how to treat their staff as i had a very bad experience while working for them.
