unprofessional service/delay tactics

<p>Bought a car from Cars.inc in cash expecting to have the car registered in our name at least 48 hours after the sale,was told that we will recieve papers as the will do the roadworthy and licencing with number plates 2 days later,but somehow they left out the part that the car was not theirs it was a bank car,now weeks later we still waiting for the promised papers and the dates of this happening gets moved every so often,We are told so many stories about the archives and the bank is taking long,but they dont want to own up.</p> <p>This whole episode has become a nightmare with no end in sight.Promises is all the can give you but definatly no service.</p>
