Product not Delivered still not initiated Refund

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I had ordered for a Titan analog watch on Amazon.in on 8th aug 2016. It  was suppose to be delivered between 15-18th Aug 2016. I got a message on 15th Aug 2016 that the product would be delivered but it was not delivered. On calling the customer care everytime i was told to wait and still i am asked to wait. It is been almost 1.5 months and still they have not initiated refund nor the product was delivered.</p> <p>I have paid online via credit card and  my order number is # ********** ********** 905.</p> <p> </p> <p>One of my friend told that you can help me.
