Rudest sales person I have ever come across - ZAHIDA. When I walked in and came to the counter this lady didn’t look up to greet me after I greeted her, carried on with her papers. I then showed her i received 2 identical bags for my birthday - 1 was on my arm and the other in a bag. She then proceeded to treat me like I had ****** the bags. I only wanted to change 1 for a different colour, I didn’t want a refund. Every question I asked her she responded negatively in the rudest manner. I asked for the voucher and left because I refuse to shop from this store ever again.

Worst service and dishonest
Worst service and most dishonest about vehicle inspections. A Car went in to check fuel gauge not working and vibration/ shudder when driving at slow speed Came back and Audi representative Jolandi said no fault found and fuel gauge had nothing wrong with it When driving the vehicle the shudder was 10 times worse - went back in and was told nothing wrong and after insisting they look further suddenly found a shudder and fault with petrol gauge - when I asked the rep why it wasn’t picked up she said it all depends on who tests it. In conclusion you cannot trust the report when you get your vehicle back because it all depends on who tests your car, lol My car is still not fixed and it’s under motor plan

detained illegally and held against my will
On Thursday 28 November 2019 at about 7pm I went to Canal Walk, I parked my car and then heard someone shouting at me to get out of the parking bay. This woman then got out of her car and walked right up to my door and started screaming in my face to get out of her parking, I asked her several times to leave me alone. She threatened me and I was concerned she was going to damage my car so I took a picture of her licence plate and then I started heading into the shopping center This woman then came running after me shouting "do you wanna fight with me? Come hit me come hit me" this went on for a while and I kept asking her to leave me alone. I then realised she was filming me and I asked her to stop she refused to and again said "do you want to hit me , come hit me" Then I hit her phone out of her hand and that's when she attacked me and I tried to dodge her but she wasn't going to stop and then I fought back. Security arrived and she said I attacked her and she wants to press charges and I said so do I. The security then told me to come with them so we can talk in a private room. I thought we were all going but it was just me. I went into the room and they locked it. I then called a friend who is a police officer and asked him what to do. He said I can leave and go to the police station. I asked them to let me go and they refused. Another woman came in and also told me I am not going anywhere, I asked her if she knew what happened and she said it didn't matter because until they say I can go I am not leaving. I begged for them to let me go and I started having a panic attack. The police then arrived and asked me what happened and then they asked why is it only me here and not the other woman. They couldn't answer them. The police then said they are holding me illegally and are infringing on my rights and still they refused. They said only their manager can release me. They tried to get hold of the manager and couldn't. The other woman eventually arrived and gave the police her version of the story. She showed them a video of her shouting at me and following me and then the phone going down and said that was when I started kicking her - at this point the police asked for the camera footage and were told by Canal Walk staff that this happened out of camera view - later discovered to be a lie. The police said we both need to go to the police station. When I eventually left I went to Milnerton police station at about 9pm and waited for her and she never arrived. There are no details for her because Canal Walk took only my details and not hers. My phone was on 2% and if the police didn't arrive I don't know how long they would have kept me there The camera footage has since materialized but they are refusing to let me view it.
