I book for the Venue for the wedding in June 2018 for the 10 November 2018 i pay the amount of 45% for the date to the Rosenbusch account and they did not send me the invoice to tell me that what is my balance for the day. In October 2018 i pay the total of 95% to they account for when i come on the day i will pay the 5% in full . in November they call me telling me that i mast pay top up amount of R21,000.00 on top of the amount that i pay i have pay the amount of R13,000.00 to they account and my balance was the amount of R2,000.00 . I told them that i am come to meet them in the office for me going they was no office the only work in one of the rooms that at end of the day they give to people to sleep but the hall for the wedding is the they told me that they is some one how is booking for the same day and date of my and she or he paying more money than me i ask the why you telling me this now . they asking me to pay more than this person how paying more i ask them is this place of you are auctioning for the booking so pay back my money and i can go look for the next venue and in was in November is only 10 day for the events to take place . so people look for that place of Rosenbusch: Accommodation, Weddings, Conferences & Functions do not book it for you all what you going to do they will do you my money is not back from them i am looking fro them i cant get them at all time help me to look the
