I recently joined Pineapple Insurance and had a great experience. The sign-up process was quick and simple, and they offered me a fantastic deal that really suited my needs. Overall, smooth, affordable, and hassle-free, definitely a solid choice. Kudos to Mandisa and Sibusiso for assisting me and making the application process a seamless one.

****mer Alert! Octave Cleaning Services!
Avoid this company at all costs. At first everything seemed fine, the guy talking to my wife was professional and made the company sound legit. But the moment we paid and locked in a date, everything went downhill fast. Suddenly the deep cleaning machines weren’t available, the cleaning crew knocked off early, promises were made and never kept, and they just stopped answering calls and messages when it mattered. It gets worse. When my wife tried to reverse the payment, the bank said the account had no money in it… so clearly the money was moved somewhere else. We paid over R1300 and got nothing out of it. Honestly feels like we got ****med. Save yourself the stress and don’t use this company.

I’d like to commend Cool Ideas for the excellent service I received. From the start, their support team was extremely helpful, professional, and kept me well informed throughout the process. I had a bit of a challenge with the previous existing line not being cancelled, but they handled the situation efficiently and kept me updated every step of the way.
