I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. Cecilia was amazing on the phone. She was patient, concerned and efficient. She ensured I was safe, well taken care of and that the towing company reached me promptly and assisted me. Her friendly demeanour really put me at ease in what was a very stressful situation. I cannot commend her enough and really wish her the very best and continues success in her career as I’m sure she wil go very far with that attitude. Thank you Cecilia!
I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. I was helped by Wayne Cooper who was polite, upbeat and incredible at his job. Wayne had extensive product knowledge and assisted me with ease all the while smiling and making me feel comfortable that he had my best interest at heart. Wayne fielded all of my many questions with ease and patience and resolved all of my queries. I got off the call with a smile feeling like I had accomplished all I set out to do. Great job Wayne, continue to dazzle your clients and I wish you continued success. Thank you - H****ha
My car went in November 2020, on receiving the car I had noticed that my rubber mats and console f=divider was missing. Ive mad e calls once or twice a week for the last 3 months and have been made promise after promise with no resolution. Ive been promised call backs, ordering of parts and and and... I only went to them due to my insurance King price. I am fuming and will make alast call today before taking it further.
Good day, I would like to recognize an amazing lady who is apart of the NWJ family. Kayleen at NWJ Pavilion. This lady has been so patient and accommodating to my partner and myself. She made the extra effort and reassured me at every turn which isn’t easy considering I was on edge. Customer service is def. on the decline in SA. but people like Kayleen give me hope. She went above and beyond, was polite, helpful and made us feel very comfortable and like our query would be resolved ASAP. In my busy schedule taking the time out to do this means I was very impressed by her service. Kayleen def. deserves a raise or promotion.
I am appalled and furious with the service from FNB Home loans. My parents have had a home loan with them for years and we have always had great service. As a 31 yo corporate female, i had no doubt that i would utilize FNB for my home loan and advise my friends and family to do the same. This opinion has since changed and i am currently advising everyone i know to move over to another bank. My parents have dealt with a lady name Heidi who was amazing and since she has left the company, they have been met with disrespect and poor service. What gives anyone the right to threaten and be rude to pensioners is beyond me, both my parents are pensioners and have been living in said house for over 25 years... since becoming pensioners my sisters and i have taken over the payment of their bond and now get news that it will be increased by R2000 a month effective immediately with no warning or explanations. We are all very busy people and so my mother has been querying this with no joy. The guy assigned to their policy was rude and disrespectful and threatened my mother ... a cardiac pensioner... how is that ok in any situation regardless of what the issue is. i would love to deal with such a man and explain to him how service delivery works, but mostly about humanity and common decency. I am all for following process and protocols as i am forced to do so dailty, however, I demand an explanation, and one that is acceptable.
<p>I live and work in JHB, I decided to go to Durban to my parents for my 30th and subsequently Diwali on the basis that they have wifi so I can still work. The wifi went down on Thursday night (understandable, these things happen). Friday morning I called Telkom and was told they would send a tech out. Midday a very rude lady calls and says the guys are working on the cable and she is closing this call to which I responded that she should sent a tech out and we will pay the service fee if need be. Everyday since my mother has been calling Telkom to no end, no resolution and bad customer service. Today is TUESDAY - 5 days later ! My mother is a 62 yo who is made to plug n unplug cables all day by agents! This is ridiculous! Still no resolution in 5 days from a company with a 24 turn around on these issues! </p>
<p>Cell C have debitted my account of 2 amounts on the 31 August. I have been trying to resolve this ever sense with no joy. The agents (i have spoken to 7) are rude, arrogant and entitled. I did speak to a "manager" who assured me of resolution over a week ago to no avail. As someone who works in the service industry i am disgusted! Every call means a new Turn around time and more confusion as all 7 magents have given me a different story. Once my contract is over with Cell C i will NEVER make use of them again after being a loyal customer for years.</p>
