Extremely Bad Service

<p>Please be extremely careful when dealing with this company. We were extremely excited when we first came across Wattieza as they offered us a fantastic price on our dining room table & benches. We dealt with the owner directly and immediately placed our order with them. We placed our order and paid the deposit on the 08th of August 2016. It is now two months later and the only feedback we receive from Wattieza is on request. They make absolutely no attempt to contact you with status updates on your order. Every time we contacted them for an update they replied with a different excuse as to why we have to wait even longer. Saddened by the service we received we decided to cancel our order and request a refund of the deposit paid - hoping that our ordeal would finally be over. Unfortunately this is not the case.</p>
