Ordered from the company in December 2022. Up to date no products received. No form of communication is answered at all. Emails with misleading and empty promises was sent stating that the company will merge with another, this however is not true.
From the application right through the installation and delivery of router i have received excellent service. I am very impressed with the feedback timeframe. Well done Home Connect
<p>I have been struggling with Deceased Estate Department at Absa for the past 6 months to close my late husbands account and to transfer available balances to my account which is also an Absa account. </p> <p> </p> <p>I submitted all documents at the Secunda branch in April and did not receive any feedback! I went back to the branch and after waiting on the phone for longer than an hour for a response from the deceased estate department i was told to resubmit my documentation which i did on 22/08/2016. Up to date i did not receive any feedback AGAIN... </p> <p> </p> <p>I was told initially that it takes 3 working days to transfer the money into my account.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
