I am still awaiting a resolution or feedback on this case from Makro!!! I still haven't received my fridge!!!!! Beware consumers! There is no support/customer service from this company. They confirmed that they received the Hellopeter review. That is as far as it goes. "This incident with Makro, has been my worst retail experience ever. I hope that I can find ways of avoiding using them in future. I contacted them via email, as it is impossible to speak to management when calling the contact centre, however this was impossible. I thus sent them an email outlining the issue, however I still have no resolution and I am still awaiting the fridge that I paid for on the 10th of May. I absolutely hate giving bad reviews. I avoid it, as I feel that there are generally ways to bring issues to the company's attention without tarnishing their reputation. Makro has given me no choice but to bring this to other consumer's attention. I hope that this is an isolated case, however I don't see how any issues are resolved by calling the Makro call centre. Consumers, beware! When purchasing items from Makro online, you could be sitting with the very same problem that I am . I still call Makro each day to try and resolve this. It has become a daily c**** now. The other sad part of this is that after being put on hold for anywhere from 10 - 15 minutes my call is cut 9 times out of 10. After that I am so frustrated that I leave it for the rest of the day, only to call again the next day and go over the same ordeal all over again. Short of driving to my nearest Makro and taking another fridge of their display shelf and taking it home, I don't foresee getting the fridge that I paid for. How can such a massive company have such poor customer service, *********** call centre staff and non-existent supervisors and management?"

An excellent restaurant with great staff. Miga, Anna & Nicolette (and the kitchen staff) went out of their way to make my dining experience fantastic. Their attention to detail, product knowledge and friendly demeanors were a breath of fresh air. I look forward to many more great meals at bos. Restaurant & Bar in future. Keep up the great work!

He has gone well beyond the call of duty to ensure that my assets are well protected and that I am kept up to speed with all the developments that would effect me in the area. <p>During a scorching hot day, close to closing time, we were lucky enough to find Thandeka. She was super helpful, gave awesome advice, went out of her way to help us, and called us back when she promised she would. I was really surprised by the lengths that she went to to assist us. We purchased beds with her assistance, and we would highly reccommend her to anyone out there who is looking for some great deals on furniture, a super helpful, sales person, with a ****er smile and a great work ethic. I will definitely be finding excuses to go back and buy stuff from her. Way to go Thandeka. You are a shining star. Keep up the great work. </p>
<p>I have had the privelege of dealing with Anna-Marie Kotze from Buco Malelane for almost a year now. Anna-Marie is by far the best sales person I have ever come across in the retail setting. She is reliable.</p> <p>6. She always goes the extra mile to assist.</p> <p>7. She provides feedback regularly.</p> <p>Buco are very lucky to have Anna-Marie. I know that if I need something she will iether have it, or will go to great lengths to get it for me. I have just finished building my house and if it wasn't for Anna-Marie solving all of my building issues, I would have thrown in the towel long ago. Thank you Buco for employing such a top notch person like Anna-Marie and thank you Anna-Marie for all your help and hard work over these last few months. Keep up the good work. </p>
