<p>We were contacted by a sales person working for the above company (in July 2016) to install a POC 10 Optimizer & Geyser Scheduler to save on our electricity bill. A deposit was paid, but we cancelled the order due to lack of not explaining the contract properly.</p> <p>This happened in July and after numerous calls and about seven e-mails, and without any success we are still battling to get our deposit back. When you phone nobody returns any calls and to me they don't seem to work as there is never a sales person or sales manager in the office to take your call.
