<p>This ia by far the worst delivery and feedback I have ever seen, and it seems that everybody at TakeAlot is lying and don't know what is going on themselves.</p> <p>I placed and order on the 25th of November and still awaiting delivery of one of the items. It's been basically 3 weeks. I have made close to 15 calls to TakeAlot alone and who is going to cover my phone bill as TakeAlot is not getting back to me as promised so many times.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today alone, I spoke to 4 different people and everyone telling me a different story regarding my items. First they did a replacement order as one of the items got damaged at the courier company, then a week later the replacement order went missing even though I have emails confirming delivery. Today alone I received 4 different versions of what is happening with the items. A team manager was supposed to have phoned me 3 hours ago, and after my 4th call to TakeAlot I was told the Supervisor will phone me shortly - nothing happening and no feedback. People are breaking your items, then they are stealing it and you as a client have to wait up to 4 weeks for delivery - extremely poor service. I am going to make a call again now and I am sure I have phoned close to R200 to TakeAlot alone and problem still not solved. Worst service is not possible by any company.</p>

I am doing quite a lot of online shopping and also being in the IT field for the past 23 years as Computer Technician etc...</p> <p> </p> <p>I usually bought directly from distributers like Rectron, Esquire, Pinacle, Frontosa to name a few, then I started buying from Takealot with a few dissapointments, then I discovered First Tech/First Shop and I can honestly say by miles the best online shop for all your IT needs.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their prices are excellent, their service and delivery are excellent, their customer care are excellent - I really think that many other online shops like for example Takealot can learn from Fist Shop.</p> <p> </p> <p>Great quality and a great variety of products and user friendly online store. You will never regret buying from First Shop. (point)</p>
<p>I have to be honest, but Fudgee'z is one of the poorest managed Fast Foods in the country.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had five unhappy occasions with them up to date.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. I ordered for delivery only to be told that it's too late as they closed for delivery a few minutes ago. My menu gave the closing hours, but I was told that the menu have changed without notice.</p> <p>2. I ordered again a while later, only to be told again that I was to late - I asked them what the cut-off times were and was told that I needed to order at least 30minutes before closing as the driver needs to get back in time. Understood and accepted.</p> <p>3. I ordered again a few days later, asked for a "Super Chicken Livers" MILD, only to receive a 911 Chicken Livers, it was so hot, my wife almost did not talk to me for three days.</p> <p>4. I ordered again a while later and asked for a "Rockefella with White Toast", only to receive a Rockefella on Vetkoek.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Not in one of these four incedents did I complain - none.</p> <p> </p> <p>5. I phoned again today (16/10/2016) at about 17:55 and could only get through at 18:02 after a busy signal all the time. Only to be told again that I am too late as they only have one driver on a Sunday. I explained to them that I was previously told that I need to order at least 30 minutes before closing, and was greeted by a busy signal for about 8 minutes, only to be told "Sorry meneer"</p> <p> </p> <p>Please get new management, and extra telephone line a more drivers. How can you run a Fast Food business with only one driver???</p>
