Dissatisfaction with Lenasia South Community Health Care Centre

I have been to the hospital on Monday, I had to take a day off from work to assist my husband who is in a wheelchair because of a brain disease. We had to sit for 5 hours just to get his file which is kept on the hospital premises in the so called filling systems. After waiting for 5 hours i was told they cannot find my file and i have to return to the hospital 1 week later, which means i have to take another day from work and for my sick husband to sit again for a long period of time. On that note they have big signs posted in the hospital that assistance to the disabled and elderly takes top priority but it never happens, my husband sits for hours before being attended to. Lenasia south community health care center is pathetic.
