I had a problem with one of the salesperson from WeBuyCars from Durban branch her name is Phindile Mapekula, since from the 21 of December, she advise me to bid for one of the BMW and they'll change it from their side to be financing. I paid R5000 for bidding and unfortunately I won the bidding the price of the car was R207K. She called me to come and collect the car on the 27th of December. I arrived at WeBuyCars for car collection and she started saying MFC won't allow or approved financing since the car has so many damages that can cost extra R21K and she said that MFC won't approve my financing due to the market value of the is R180K but there's extra R27K if they add more for damages it will decline. I asked them about my R5000, they said I won't get it and to be honest I'm heartbroken even Today, because the same day 27/12/2021 I decided to apply for this 2015 BMW in Montague Gardens and everything went well and you push the deals was settle within the couple of days MFC approved my financing. So I felt like the Durban branch SCAMMED me R5000 because the same MFC approve my financing for a R300k car but whereas in Durban they couldn't. Can you kindly assist or provide me with details where I can escalate the query to, your response will highly be appreciated. Before I can escalate to the ombudsman. Because my query was escalated to henry harber, itumeleng mosia,kefilwe mathjibedi,kimberly mngomezulu,Nazeerah mokoka,shabnam arbee, shane Mobaye, Wynard Pieters and none of all those agent bothered to response its been more than a month goind to 2rd one now .

As you deducted R1100.00 from my absa account but i didn't get any disputed amaount from my absa accountas they said so I'll receive it within 3 working days. now they charged me the Data of R390.26 while i'm 1gb from Telkom as part of the Free Me Deal Contract and 1gb for a voucher but they are able to charge me R390.26 for nothing of which i've to Block Telkom account from my absa account. Please note that i'm not uneducated and i know what usage fees should be and i do ready my billing statement so please if ever you're still willing to make business with change your ways otherwise i'm quiting now!!! this is the DISGUSTING Service from Telkom.</p>
<p>I've been waiting for the feedback from Pulane Mrasi the agent who's in charge/responsible for my case ref: ********** 9 and ********** 7 but i didn't get any feedback yet from Telkom to remove the termination penalty from my bill statement instead they keep on sending sms for reference numbers ********** 3 , ********** 6, ********** 3 , ********** 4 , ********** 2 now i'm about to block Telkom account form my Absa Bank. will forward the case to National Customer Commission.</p>
<p>I cancelled the contract on the 13/09/2016 from Telkom but no they charge me termination penalty while i didn't use the product and it was in a cooling off period. They keep on giveing me reference number : ********** 9 and A ********** 3. Last month i receive the voucher for both contracts that I still have with Telkom apologising about this cancelled product but i'm still charged for termination penalty How? How come you apologise for giving your customer the wrong product at the end you charge the customer for termination pernalty? </p>
<p>Telkom said the contract is cancelled no fees would be paid because they sold me the wrong product but they still brought back the previous invoice month. They charged me the termination penalty while i didn't use their product an it still included in the billing statement recurring monthly fees but they sate the termination penalty also. Other financial activities of which i don't know where does all this come from. will forward the query to National Consumer Commission.</p>

<p>I ordered the SmartInternet-5G-Huawei E5573 on 12/09/2016 at the Bellville Branch and the sales agent misleaded me by telling that i could use the 10200MB with it. The following day (13/09/2016) I returned the product and requested them to cancel it with immediate effect. I did not use the product at all. The agent let me fill in the cancellation form but he changed the cancellation date to 13/10/2016 , one month in the future which is outside the cooling off period and which will mean that I will be paying cancellation fees. He also told me to send the cancellation form to his email address instead of the email address on the form. </p> <p> </p> <p>After complaining on Twitter, I was eventually(4/10/2016) put in contact with Tronicks Michael Baloyi who said that my cancellation has been processed. I requested confirmation that my contract has been cancelled but Tronicks Michael Baloyi just ignores my emails. I do not want to be billed for a product that I did not use and that I returned within the cooling off period. Reference Numbers are: ********** 6 and ********** 4.</p>
