Good morning I am still frustrated with Mweb support. I've tried contacting them but they are either utterly useless or ***********, whichever is the stronger descriptive. I cannot be held liable for their errors nor held hostage for MY OWN money which they deducted *******ly. Their connection also sucks. This is totally unacceptable as they are quick to add you as a customer but hurl into the desert thereafter. I am tired. Please, l will welcome any suggestion which make the slogan " Customer is always King" valid Regards

After ONE HOUR and TWENTY minutes, I was still third in the queue and all my funds were gone to waste, resulting in my call being aborted with no resolved issues. I want to add that their technical support is just as bad. I'm stuck with a frustrating connection!
