Quick and easy to get assisted , was serviced in record time
The app was having issues since before 12 midnight, the product store was unavailable, I reported the issue via chat, I was then told they working on it and it will be fixed by 6am, then I was told 5 am. I requested to speak to a manager, the agent didn't want to and I was told they will contact me they have my number, this is all in the chats on the app. I never stopped checking if the product store and the deal was available from 12 till 3:45. I finally got it and was approved,i put in the address and my account details and confirmed everything, then there was an error all of a sudden on the app. Then the product store wasn't working again, I still carried on trying every second to check, my application was there then it dissappeared,then it was working, then they removed the deal then they put it back then there was errors, then all of a sudden it was sold out. I made 4 email complaints and no 1 in the chat got back to me or called me, I have all the screenshots and chats of proof that I got the deal. This needs to be escalated to the highest even if it must go to the ombudsman. Because this is ridiculous I know for sure I got the deal as per the screenshots and needs to be honored. I am prepared to go to consumer protection, ombudsman and hello peter for this to be resolved. FNB is not honouring their values and this level of customer service is not acceptable
Terrible service please advise why I can no longer buy free me data, I use to be able to buy with no problem from my banking app. I went to a Telkom store and the staff could not assist me, the call center is even more useless. It is clear staff do not know what's happening I have sent Instagram and face book messages , what a waste of time as a person is just ignored

disappointed in Mr price , packaging of my parcel was damaged , it was a store pick up of online shopping and to still find the one pair of heels was damaged in two place , on the strap and in the sole .There is no way the person who packed this did not see and I highly doubt that it got damaged during delivery

Telkom sends a message to say my case has been resolved , Resolved how???hello did any staff member for Telkom contact me in any form , no call, email or smoke signal but my case is resolved !! what nonsense is that . Worst telecommunications company, they fail to do the service that offer , how useless , case number 30493212 I will be shocked if telkom even bothers to respond to this
