so i had a last minute order on a cake for tomorrow which my original amazing lady let me down simply because she was in hospital. then i got 3 other last minute quotes. anyways long story short i sent her pics of the cakes i needed one being a 3 s cake for my sons 10th birthday. and one for home . ... today she went out her way to deliver the cakes . which i appreciate however when i opened up the box to see the cake it was tiny. the lady i use is well known and does work for smiling oven. as a customer i was treated like dirt worse then dirt actually. when i said this wont feed kids she didnt look like she felt bad at all in fact she said this is a standard size which i will disagree she the told me some personal problems and when i said im not happy ... remembering my son is turning 10 which to me is an important year for him and didnt even bother to give a solution or even refund me for the one class cake so i can at least go and buy a cake ti supplement what i lost... i paid 500 for the one that's tiny. im not even satisfied of the look. it looks like a rush. i will never recommend her work she is very egotistical and rude. .. i will go to cpa and report her as well as other platforms this is wrong. .. #maddiescakesandmore . Very hurt and angry.. she is so rude to clients
I got my nails done on the 14h september 2018,at Fantasy by Design in Cresta i signed a invoice which stated no refund terms, a week later all my nails started peeling off, as is a day after i did my fee my nails were already peeling off, i have had to glue them on a couple of times myself, the lady that did the nails didn't buff them properly , they seemed in a rush to get their job done, it came to R730 with nail art when i spoke to my mom in law who is a nail technician, she said i must ask for my money back when i spoke to her she said i must come re do them, when i decided to rather have a refund and go to sorbet she refused to refund me, no signs in the salon state that and no written agreements either, what a shocker, if it doesn't state that we as consumers have a right to do so, i am appalled to have this type of service and not even get my monies worth. she said if i report her she will sue me , this is not a lie but the truth, i am writing this letter to warn people go to this salon the beauty will disguise and you can have what ever you need, but just know if you are not happy you wont get your money back, so goodluck and its a new salon in cresta mall..... be warned!
So I complain for the services I receive and this is what I get how rude.... don't you agree . I've never been banned from any salon .... they even put other people down ..... they rude they damaged my hair and make up .... I spent a lot of money and when I book for my nails and pitch up there an hour after I was waiting they say I didn't make an appointment the owner is walking around drinking her beer oesnt even say sorry never mind try help out and left my daughter and I waiting. I wasn't ven offered any drinks whilst waiting .... and totally embarrassed me..i walked out the salon crying. not recommended. They don't take customer service seriously . The owner Vanessa nel then proceeds to call me names on private message and puts me down this is not what a owner of a salon should do ... drinking on duty setting the wrong example for Your staff members and clients is not good either ...she doesn't care. While I do that's why I have a lot of contacts with consumers in their area and will be sending a email out what disgusting service... be humble guys that's what gives you a good ..
