past 21 days still waiting

<p>I was bumped and claiming 3rd party has been a nightmare, I submitted everything to Palm Hollander  on the 19 September 2016 as requested and a guy named Lebona Molefi responded that payment will be made within 21 days. I called on the 01 November 2016 to find out progress. He is always on the line, I have to chase after him, he NEVER returns my calls.. How much longer do I need to wait to wait and drive around with a faulty car?????? The panel beaters will close soon for festive season, how should I get around??? Why do I have to go after him????</p>
