Parts removed from my Car
I have received a very bad service from the Cable doctor in Roodepoort, I went there to fix my car's gear switching cable right, Little did I know it would be a nightmare, the gear number 2 now has problems, I struggle when selecting it and sometimes I just skip to gear 3, when I complained to them they told me its the gear box and at VW they told me my gear box is fine, to make things worse I went there when they fixed the car they didn't put back the Air pipe in the engine back, when I asked if they forgot to do it, one of the managers got so defensive about it and started telling me how they wont do that and I should go away, overall voting is this guys gave me a **** service and one of their employees stole something and they don't want to take accountability for it

<p>They telling us wrong information when they want tenants. I was not aware of the policy that my contract will automatically be renuwed if I dont move out. I was told that after a year I will be on a month to month contract by one of their agents. to my surprise when I wanted to move out I was told that I had been automatically renewed for 1year contract and I have to pay penalties, this led to me not getting my deposit back and owing them money</p>
