Staff attitude
we received a horrible experience from the staff, we were in the queue and there was no attendance from the staff. Then another patient walked and she was immediately asked if she was assisted and what was her file number.......like do have a system in place for patients or? she provided the file number and she was getting attention while were waiting there unattended. The guy working there alerted Constance who seems to be a manager there and she screamed across the room asking me what was my problem. Was the staff even taken to customer care training? Im never setting my foot ever there

I received an email to collect my parcel at Evaton Mall store and when I got there i was told that they needed an OTP to release the parcel
I received an email to collect my parcel at Evaton Mall store and when I got there i was told that they needed an OTP to release the parcel. It was not the first time buying online. I have never received received any OTP meaning i cant access my parcel which caused a great inconvenience for me. I was told to return on Monday so that head office can be contacted. How do you send an email for collection and not send the OTP

I was forced to buy a 100 bag for Paxi bag on the 15 July 2023 as I wanted to send a fleece blanket to Free State, I was notified it will take 3 to 5 working days. I have been tracking the parcel since then. The parcel has been at Harrismith since the 18th till todate. I called the call centre only to be told the parcel will take 7 to 9 working days. Please sell the truth to the customers. I'm not using Pep home ever again. Poor service

The consultants dont seem to know what they are doing regarding my enquiry. On the 15th in the morning I contacted them and they promised to return to me before the end of business but they did not. On the 16th I had to call them AGAIN and still no work was done to solve my enquiry. Worst institution to do business with
