I ordered a dress from JJsHouse on 31 March 2019 and paid R 2 700 immediately plus more than R 700 "expedited" delivery. What a joke - It is now 13 May and still no dress. The function I ordered the dress for has come and gone and I had to buy another dress. They promised to pay back my delivery fee, but has since 24 April been unable to tell me exactly where the dress is despite the fact that they are in charge of the delivery and contract with couriers. I follow up every day and can not get a satisfactory answer from them. Don't even think about buying from this company if you actually need the dress to arrive.
<p> I booked a ticked for someone using my airmiles to fly back home for Christmas. I inadvertently misspelt the person's surname (Lindedque instead of Lindeque). SAA is unable to correct the mistake and is forcing me to cancel the ticket and forfeit 50% of the miles used to book the ticket. In addition, the will only refund the other 50% of the miles on the cancelled ticket within 46 weeks! I am done with SAA and will never fly with them again!</p>
