Bought a Kia recently at Kia Tyger valley. The sales service and process was very fast and very good. The problem is that the temporary licence expired 11/01/2026. I paid a decent amount for Kia to make sure that the license and registration gets done. It is now the 14th and there is no license plates and registration forthcoming. I cannot drive the vehicle anywhere as that will be ******* which means that should there be an accident my insurance wont pay out a claim. I cannot go anywhere. I think it would be faster if I did the license and registration myself. Think a bit how this impacts my ability to go to work and emergencies and the work around for me to get anywhere. It is turning into a nightmare for my household.
Want to order pizza from Romans Soneike. Try and register on romans website as new user. Firstly, the cell numbers don't fit, can you believe it, we use 10-digit cell number in SA yet it only allow space for 9, eventually figured out that the first 0 must be left out. Secondly, I fill in everything 1000% correct that I just get message OVER AND OVER AND OVER again "Unknown error" Needless to say no romans pizza for me. I went for kentucky instead.
I never thought I will experience bad service worse than a cell phone company but allas one was forced on me....Eskom. Try and contact them with a ligit question like is an eskom account number the same as a meter number. Try and register on their Myeskom app. The first question stumps you......I dont have prepaid I just want to be able to send my meter reading every month. It truly is a clown show and no one cares. Biiiig salaries and they just dont give a f.
Truly truly truly the most pathetic company in the world. When my internet died 4 months ago I had to contact them to figure out whats going on to be informed they cancelled the to old ontract. Now 4 months later I get a bill cor last 4 months acumilated. they never cancelled but upgraded the contract. spent 45min now trying to cancel. Transfered 5 times then just someone talking far in backgroynd not answering and eventually I had to hang up. Pathetic bunch. I think managment must be from extremely low quality to let these things slide.
I gave a 1 in a review just now but the service was so quick and good i had to delete it, so now they getting a 5. I could not buy power on bank app or store this evening but after a whatsapp to recharge it was sorted. So far so good.
Well at the moment its a 1 because I try and buy electricity online bank app and then my tenant is trying at the shops with cash. neither him or me are able to buy. many errors at the shops some issue that the clerk dont understand. The bank app says immediately transaction unsuccesfull then few seconds later that the amount has been reversed. The fact that it also does not work at shop means its got nothing to do with bank although I called the bank and they are investigating, 21:00 in the evening. I call recharge and there is absolutely no answer. Its 21:00 and the recharge system does not work and because of there hours nobody to help me. Result, I have a very very irate tenant who is sitting in the dark, what about the things in their fridge. Can I PLEASE just buy power without problems???
