Good day, I had services rendered on the 22/10 & 24/10. Sumbitted my 1st claim on the 25/10 = REF: [DCZ #5348420] . Followed up with a call that all is in order and will be paid the end of the week on the claim run, REF: 39458592. Monday 7/11/16 no payment made, claim was rejected but no one came back to me to notify me before the problem occurred this could have been avoidable if I was notified that there was a typo on the invoice, 1 digit error.. So i fixed the error and submitted new docs. REF: [DCZ #5361142] - followed up with a call REF: 39481904, all is now in order and will be sorted by Friday for the claim run. So today i follow up and been told that it was not paid and not even captured yet??? REF: 39502549. I cannot afford to be out of pocket of this money for a month because my medical aid is lazy and cant think for themselves.. I was blantantly lied to on the phone, this is unacceptable. I cant wait for this FRIDAY as I need this money as I dont have money for food. Nico Vermaak
