I submitted a Chronic Medication Script to Health Squared in February, and now and battling just to find out if it has been processed. I have emailed the CUSTOMER SURVEY ADMINISTRATOR - to whom I was told to email script - at least twice, but no reply. I have queried on the Health Squared App, no reply. I have emailed my " personal consultant" and guess what? No reply! I am a pensioner and pay quite a lot of money for this scheme. I am extremely disappointed that the level of service is so bad. My "Personal Consultant" - who is supposed to look after my interests - cannot even check his records enough to verify whether I am male or female! When I have been blessed enough to receive a reply from him, I have been addressed as "Mr", when I am "Mrs". Seriously unimpressed!
<p>From 10 October till today - 14 November 2016 and I still have not received 500 business cards that I paid for on 17 October 2016!</p> <p>They do not return calls when you leave messages, and you are lucky if they reply to emails. </p> <p>The brochure that they circulate lists an email address that, by their own admittance they never check! </p> <p>I will never use them again, and advise anybody else not to either.</p>
