I recently Purchased 2 Items on TFG’s online Platform. They sent me 1 item and cancelled the other because they couldn’t source stock. I have been struggling to get my refund as they are making it very difficult. I emailed their online Help Centre, I spoke to Bianca Fester she promised the refund was in Process and closed the complaint. Emailed again a week later spoke to Wesley Greef, He said That the refund has need processed and it’s only been 4 days since. Next day I receive an email from Craig Krieger he says a statement is outstanding from my bank and they can’t process the refund. I send through POP and to this day No refund or Communication. My problem is you guys sold an item your’ll did not have now your’ll are making me jump through hoops to get my refund. If I walked into your store and took and item and walked out without paying even if the worth was R 20 I would have been arrested. What your’ll are doing In My eyes is the same, Taking peoples money for items your’ll donot have and making it near impossible to refund them. I have complaints from The Voice, Facebook and Hello Peter where this seems to be and ongoing trend with this group. Next thing I am going to do is take all this info to the consumer Complaints as a big company you shouldn’t be allowed to bully ordinary hard working citizens out of their hard earned money. The Complaint on the Voice was a Mother who purchase a sneaker for Christmas for her child and you guys did the same thing your’ll are doing to me. I Purchased a Patio set from Leroy Merlin Edenvale. Everything went smooth till they delivered and the 2 seater sofa had a reject. It’s gone 4 weeks of emails and calls with no outcome after Lee promised that they will uplift the Sofa and change it, Now going the 5th week still no outcome. Very Poor & Disappointing service!!!
To whom it may Concern, I am totally disgusted with the service received at Centurion south Engen, where I filled fuel and the pump froze, Thabo then said I must please use another pump which I did and he will add the both. We go to the Cashier Cedric who refuses to add the both. I ask him to add it cause I know it can be done as I am using My business card and it isgoing to be like I filled twice on the same day. Cedric was absolutely rude and arrogant and refused, I asked for a Manager and he said to me "go get him yourself I busy", I eventually paid separate using 2 cards. Thabo graciously offers to call the Manager. The Manager Arthi refuses to come out and says Thabo must tell me he is busy. I can pull my financials and prove I am a loyal customer of Engen that fills way in an access of between R 3600 to R 5000 a month at your stations, never have I felt more humiliated and embarrassed. What Manager tells a client he can't attend to them, the rest of the cashier staff found this amusing and started to rsmerk and plain down laugh in my face as I mean **** as a client.
