The AA. A great experience.
Came home from holiday to find my car battery flat. TREVOR was sent by the AA. Firstly, it was a simple process to report the issue. Secondly, he came fairly quickly! Thirdly, he was friendly and informative. He soon got it up and running and also explained what I should do in the future to avoid this situation. Good to know he has worked there for 15 years! Good job guys... thank you.

AWFUL HOMECHOICE
If Homechoice were the last place on earth I would not buy a thing from them. The constant harassment by their phone marketing division is invasive and lacks any kind of consideration. I have BEGGED them to stop calling and it just carries on! Must be the worst marketing done in South Africa. I despise them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! REFUSE CLAIMS despite HUGE premiums.
If I could give you ZARI I would! You increased my premium fromR800 odd to over R1200 because I claim so much (sickly dogs sadly) and then refuse my claim for chronic medication because when the policy renews ANNUALLY they do not cover pre-existing conditions!!!!! Wow. So what do I get for over R1200 a month!! Nothing!! What a useless company. BE WARNED!!!!

Great service - FISH shopping online.
Wow. A business true to its promises. My order arrived on the day specified, incredibly well packed and looks like wonderful product. Thank you for a bountiful delivery, more than expected. Will order different fishes next time. Definitely will return.

BE CAREFUL. Their sales team are calling and saying you NEED to upgrade your decoder for maintenance reasons and its ONLY R239. WHAT they DO NOT tell you is that it is R239 for 24 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They then request your bank details over the phone!! BAD customer service. Try to get you in on the incorrect info!

Do not use this company. You cannot resolve issues. Been trying to cancel Tracker CareGuard for about a year. Finally got it cancelled in July 2023 and they STILL debiting??? Finally spoke to Pete today - hoping it is in fact cancelled and a refund being sent??
